This 1990 Mercedes-Benz Wolf 250GD was a Bundeswehr military vehicle that was refurbished in Germany before being sold to the previous owner. The work included a bare-metal repaint, a rebuild of the 5-speed manual transmission, and installing new seats, a Sachs heavy-duty clutch, 2 suspension lift, 15 Mercedes steel wheels, and more. A bare-metal repaint was commissioned and performed in Germany along with rust prevention measures. Optional equipment includes the original snorkel kit, grill guard, front indicator cages, extended wheel flares, rear jerry-can/plate holder, and tire carrier with matching spare. A new vinyl soft top was added after the paint work was completed, and aftermarket LED taillights were installed. The engine is a non-original 2.5-liter OM602 five cylinder diesel engine that is paired to a rebuilt 5-speed heavy duty manual transmission. A Sachs heavy duty clutch has been installed, and the truck features full front and rear locking differentials.
